This project was a design-build 15,000 SF building in northern Hillsborough County, located in the University Area Community Development Area. The facility was constructed next to an elementary school, and required close coordination with their campus. The building included a state-of-the-art media center and community gathering space, with a historical exhibit on women leaders in Tampa.
This beautiful 35,700 SF building is located next to the courthouse in the heart of Plant City. It’s a one-stop shop for government services, including homeless prevention/rental assistance, utility services and disaster preparedness.
Bandes’ Project Manager Jeremy Brown and superintendent Tony Pattakos were the primary team members associated with this project. Eddie Pabon and Ford Neriwether were our partners at HOK Architects.
Among the many dignitaries at the grand opening were Hillsborough County Commissioners Stacy White and Al Higginbotham, longtime supporters of eastern Hillsborough.
